Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping
Same-day shipping on in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (excluding custom builds)
Handling time: 0–1 business days

Carriers: Canada Post and UPS — fully tracked
Transit time: Typically 3–5 business days
International Shipping & Customs Duties

Saddle Group ships to the United States and select international destinations. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Saddle Group is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.


If a package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid duties or failure to clear customs, a 15% restocking fee will be applied and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.


Returns
30-day return window for all items in uninstalled, original condition


If we made a mistake or the item is defective, we cover 100% of return shipping


“Change of mind” or “ordered wrong part” returns are the customer’s responsibility for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty
Saddle Group stands behind every product we sell. All items are tested and inspected before shipment.

Coverage
Laptops, keyboards, chargers, cables, and all other hardware: 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
Batteries: 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, including failure to charge or hold a charge from the time of purchase. Normal capacity degradation through regular use is not covered.

What’s Not Covered
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from accidents, misuse, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear. Warranty coverage is void if a unit has been opened, modified, or subjected to repair attempts by the customer or any unauthorized third party. Saddle Group reserves the right to inspect all returned units and deny warranty claims where evidence of tampering or unauthorized repair is found.

How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support@saddlegroup.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
