30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty Policy

Returns (30 Days) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled (for parts), with all accessories included.

Comprehensive Warranty Program We stand behind our refurbishing and parts-testing process:

• 1-Year Hardware Warranty: All laptops, docking stations, and internal components (excluding batteries) come with a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering hardware defects (motherboard, screen, keyboard, etc.). If your device experiences a hardware failure within 365 days, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
• 90-Day Battery Warranty: Due to the consumable nature of power cells, all replacement batteries are covered by a 90-day warranty against defects or premature failure. Normal capacity degradation through regular use is not covered.

Warranty Conditions Saddle Group warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from accidents, misuse, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear. Coverage is void if a unit has been opened, modified, or subjected to repair attempts by the customer or any unauthorized third party. Saddle Group reserves the right to inspect all returned units and deny warranty claims where evidence of tampering or unauthorized repair is found.

Shipping & Local Pickup

• Handling: Orders received before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day (0–1 day handling).
• Local Pickup: Free local pickup is available at our Vaughan, ON location for all orders.
• Return Shipping: For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For defective or warranty claims, we will provide a solution at no cost to you.
