Installation
Keyboard replacement on these ThinkPad models requires removing the bottom cover, disconnecting the battery, removing the keyboard mounting screws, and disconnecting the old keyboard ribbon cable from the motherboard. The Lenovo Hardware Maintenance Manual is recommended for step-by-step instructions. We recommend professional installation if you're not experienced with laptop repairs. Free installation available on parts purchased from Saddle Group at our Vaughan location.
